The insurance setter role is an entry level position. This supportive position is important in ensuring the sales department’s constant flow of quality leads. Resilience and speed are key, as a typical setter will make 400+ outbound calls a day to potential clients who have expressed an interest in our core products with an expected transfer rate of 20% . Typically, a client will have made an inquiry on one of Clearlink’s own websites or one of our business partner’s sites, requesting a call back. A successful setter would therefore possess a ‘hunter’ mentality.
This position may lead the successful performer to full time employment on a core floor with Clearlink (potentially after a period of 3-6 months.)
