Are you passionate about the quality of a website and making sure the site works as intended? Due to our growth, we're looking for a Quality Analyst to join our all-star marketing team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be checking the sites and pages created by the Front End Team for errors, design fidelity and functionality. You'll also have the opportunity to learn current web standards for both design and front-end development. Your job will be holding the design and development teams to these standards. This position is ideal for a someone who is looking to begin their career in front-end web testing with an established company and who desires opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The Quality Analyst will work with the Front-End Development and Marketing teams to QA websites, landing pages, email campaigns and banners for CLEARLINK and our various partners. He or she will be reviewing work from the Front-End Team and will develop testing plans, checklists and automation tools to ensure sites meet all technical and design requirements. As your skills grow, you will have the opportunity to help develop the procedures for testing new pages, functionality, and sites. The ideal candidate for this position will excel in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and love all things web.   • Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail is required
  • 2 years of experience as a front-end web developer, web/UI designer, user experience planner or a recent graduate of a technical school or program with an emphasis on quality assurance, web development or web design.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Working knowledge of Adobe products
  • Interest in learning Javascript, jQuery, PHP and MySQL
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with others
  • Ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines (Development, Creative, Marketing, Account Management, etc.)
  • Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
  • Understand Responsive Web Design, and know the limits thereof
  • Construction of test cases, and functional test reports
  • Execution of test scenarios on a time bound deadline
  • Perform validation and regression testing using manual and exploratory testing methods
  • Document defects and anomalies 
  • Test against functional requirements
  • Accountable for accurate testing results
  • Understanding of UX principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Working Knowledge of Automation testing is a plus
