    As part of the Inside Sales team you will represent leading brands and help customers find the products that they want and need. You will work with a team to figure out best practices and new approaches while also working autonomously to reach personal achievements.

     

    Who we’re looking for:

    • You have 6 months experience in sales, customer retention, or customer service with a strong desire to sell.
    • You are able to use sales skills and consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
    • You have excellent phone presentation and communication skills
    • You are capable of maintaining constant energy and enthusiasm on all calls
    • You love building and maintaining strong client relationships
    • You love to learn!
    • You’re very comfortable on the computer
    • Work Schedule (Full Time): Examples: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. or 12:30p.m. - 9:00pm  (one weekday and one weekend day off). Please inquire at time of interview for various shifts available.
    • Call Center Location: 4301 N Scottsdale Rd, (Lower Level RC 150), Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (In Old Town Scottsdale)

    What we Offer:

    • $14/hr. guaranteed base + uncapped commission - with an Average earning potential of $18-$24/hr.
    • Full Time and Part Time jobs available with exciting monthly sales contests
