Employee Development Specialist (OREM):

The Job:

 

This role is part of the Employee Development Team, reports to the Development Manager and is a key contributor to the team’s success. The person who fills this role will be responsible for developing and implementing leadership and career development programs aligned with the needs of the business and employees to ensure organizational effectiveness, facilitating classes and focus groups, and communicating program details and follow-up opportunities to Clearlink employees.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with Development Manager & other Specialists to define organizational development projects and solutions directed by key stakeholders
  • Design, implement and maintain digital resources available through our internal development site
  • Facilitate classes and meetings ranging from two day programs to hour-long focus groups
  • Gather quantitative & qualitative data and present findings to key stakeholders
  • Provide 1-on-1 leadership development to current sales & corporate leaders
  • Proactively manage recurring programs from start to finish
  • Continually seek new techniques of content delivery
  • Provide stakeholders with optimal delivery methods for relative programs
  • Manage and lead strategy meetings with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the design and roll-out of our Annual Leadership Summit
  • Communicate upcoming programs and courses to applicable audiences within Clearlink
  • Be a key resource for employees to turn to with development questions

 

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong ability to be self-motivated and manage time well
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an employee development or facilitator role
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills, research skills, and analytical skills required
  • Ability to facilitate/deliver instructor-led training in person
  • Demonstrated understanding of curriculum development
  • Project Management, including end-to-end project scoping and resource management to ensure accountability and timeliness of deliverables
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively to key stakeholders in the organization
  • Strong business acumen - ability to align data findings with the overall business strategy of the organization
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign & Photoshop) a huge plus
  • Some travel required
