Insurance Lead Manager

The Lead Manager determines and executes strategy for the lead vendor channel across Clearlink’s P&C and healthcare insurance businesses. This person develops and maintains relationships with key lead vendors, and uses their network and industry connections to build new vendor partnerships for the company.

We’d love to talk to you if you are intimately familiar with the lead gen world, have insurance industry experience, feel comfortable navigating an organization to get buy-in, have strong business acumen, and get excited about being a part of a growing business.


  • Set and execute strategy for lead gen channel
  • Own strategic and tactical relationships with vendors who sell Clearlink data leads and inbound calls
  • Leverage your network and industry expertise to establish partnerships with prospective lead partners
  • Uncover opportunities to expand current lead vendor relationships
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, IT, and Finance, to meet performance objectives
  • This role reports to the EVP of Insurance


  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in lead buying or selling or similar role with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement a plus
  • Insurance industry experience a must
  • Proven ability to manage a team of interactive professionals as well as collaborate with department heads and executives on company-wide initiatives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and develop relationships internally and with partners
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced reporting capability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage priorities
