Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual meetings with employees on the sales floor to collect feedback to promote positive changes within the department
  • Be able to creatively adapt to the needs of Sales Management and support the floor
  • To advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
  • Effective case management of people related issues such as: disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, grievance and absence management  
  • Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization
  • Monitoring trends in employment practices and advising on appropriate proactive action using quantitative and qualitative reporting methods
  • Ensure ongoing support is given to both employer and employee to set achievable goals
  • Support candidates to search and apply for internal jobs that matches their skill set
Prerequisites:
  • Employed at Clearlink at least 90 days
  • Strong Manager Recommendation
  • Can't be on any Finals 
  • Strong Love for Clearlink
  • Excel and Google Docs Experience
  • Time Management Skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Comfortable Delivering Hard Feedback
  • Extremely Personable
